I would like to sit for the board exam next year (2027) in order to do so I am required to have 50 coachings done, if you desire to become a client your services would be free of charge. The process of procuring my services would involve:
- A consultation at a minimum of 20 minutes to ensure that we're the right fit for one another.
- If you would like to proceed you will be required to fill out a few health surveys, sign a contract committing to the process, and possibly an informed consent contract which is used for communication with your providers if necessary.
- Once your coaching sessions are complete, it will be requested that you fill out a short survey regarding my services.
